What Clean Caddo keeps about your mobile number, why, and who can see it.
Who this covers
This notice covers text messaging in Clean Caddo, operated by Parity Platforms for Shreveport Green. It applies to approved volunteers and Shreveport Green staff who chose to receive texts. Residents who report litter give an email address, never a phone number, and are not texted.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, entered by you in your account.
- Your consent record: when you agreed, how, and which version of the terms you saw.
- Delivery records for each message: when it was sent and whether it was delivered.
- Any STOP or HELP reply you send.
We do not collect your contacts, location, or anything else from your phone by text.
Why
To send the messages described in the text message terms: cleanup job offers, reminders, deadline notices, and staff alerts. Nothing else.
Who can see it
- Shreveport Green staff who run the program can see your number in your volunteer record.
- Parity Platforms operates the platform and can access records to keep it running, under a written agreement with Shreveport Green.
- Twilio delivers the messages on our behalf and holds delivery records for that purpose. Your mobile carrier handles delivery.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio and your mobile carrier receive your number only to deliver these messages.
How long we keep it
- Your mobile number is stored encrypted while you are in the program and deleted within 90 days after you leave or are removed.
- Your consent record is kept for four years after your last message so we can show that you agreed, then deleted.
- Delivery records at our messaging provider are deleted when your number is deleted, on request.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any message to stop texts.
- Turn texts off, or change your number, in your account at any time.
- Ask Shreveport Green staff, or email contact@parityplatforms.com, to delete your number or your whole account. We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and finish them within 30.
